Refund and Returns Policy
Returns
Our refund policy is 10 Days for supplements ONLY. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase send us an email at amglabz@gmail.com. Do NOT send it back to the return address on the package you received.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A restocking fee of 5% will be assessed.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days pending on your bank institution.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at amglabz@gmail.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled will be assessed a fee through the merchant used PayPal or Stripe. This fee is not accessed by our end.
General Shipping Information
Shipping
We process orders daily so all items ship 1-2 business day Monday through Friday. We also ship all items via United States Postal Service Ground Mail as our standard service to ensure items arrive to you quickly, usually 3-7 Business days. For expedited service we use United States Postal Service Priority Mail, which usually arrives in 2-3 Business days.
Make sure you include a valid US Postal address or your item will be returned and a re-shipping fee will apply.
Delivery
We want you to receive it asap. Delivery times are estimates provided by the United States Postal Service and are stated in business days once order is placed within the postal system. We ship all orders 1-2 business day after payment Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind the postal service offers estimates of delivery times, not guarantees, therefore we do not guarantee delivery times. There could be potential delays but please track your package as tracking information will be provided to you when your item(s) is shipped. During the holidays expect delays in shipments and plan accordingly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. The recipient is solely responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
